ITC opens consumer interaction centre at Bangalore

New Delhi, Sep 22 (PTI) Diversified business firm ITC today said it has opened a new consumer interaction centre at Bangalore for personal care range to enhance product innovation.
Spread over an area of 10,000 square feet, the centre has been designed by Future Research Design Company (FRDC) and houses a skin and hair evaluation clinic where consumers are invited to experience products at the developmental stage.
"The most important aspect driving the personal care business at ITC is its intensive market research, consumer centric insights and a strong capability of innovation to leverage these insights," ITC Chief Executive (Personal Care Products Business) Sandeep Kaul said in a statement.
Laboratoire Naturel is another initiative to bring to the consumer "differentiated products based on a scientific evaluation of consumer insights", he added.
Talking about the centre, ITC Laboratoire Naturel R&D Head Krishnan said:"The laboratory houses state-of-the-art consumer and sensory measurement facilities to understand the various facets of human skin and hair." PTI BSM MM
