FRDC shares insights at India Interior Retail & WADE conference


Quoting a very apt saying from Steve Job - 'Sell Dreams, Not Products', Sanjay Agarwal, Founder & MD, FRDC shared his thoughts on 'Functional Yet Modern Showroom Practices' for the interior build community at the recently held India Interior Retailing conference in New Delhi. He went on to speak how B2B spaces today should be no different than B2C offering, because whether its a single purchase or bulk - the customer's query remains the same. Presenting few domestic and international case studies, the audience was shown 'why they need to go the experiential way' and the new formula for retailing interior materials. 
During the two-day event, FRDC was also invited to share views for the panel discussion on  
'What Designers Want & Retailers Must Upgrade'? Sharing his thoughts on this topic, Sanjay Agarwal spoke on the current market scenario, how the customer shops today and the major glitches in the Indian market scenario that act as barriers for customers including designers to choose interior build materials. He also elaborated on strategically designing these stores that are convenient, comfortable and solved customer's requirements.
